A non-refundable application fee accompanies each application. Married couples may submit a single joint application and fee. All other adults must submit separate applications and fees.

Before you start

• The name of the association or community, and the property address.
• Each applicant's current and previous address, Social Security number, date of birth and driver's license.
• Closing date (purchase) or lease dates (tenant), when they apply.
