Eighteen years ago, young John Yilmaz landed on American soil with the promise of a new beginning. An ambitious immigrant, he found himself immersed in the complex world of facilities management, building management and homeowners association oversight. In those early days, every challenge was a lesson, every obstacle a canvas for growth. With an unwavering passion to understand the industry from the inside out, he dedicated himself to mastering the nuances of condominium and homeowners associations. With not only the wisdom gained from his experiences, but also a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (BBA) and a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Leadership – Technology (MBA), John offers a distinct blend of expertise and empathy in his approach to the business of association management. Today, John is ready to provide personalized service and expertise in building management and homeowner association needs throughout Sarasota County and Manatee County.
Amin Vosouli, a licensed Civil/Civil Engineer with 20+ years of experience in Florida, received his civil engineering degree from Azad University in 2006. In 2012, after moving to Florida, he worked as a project manager at Superior Structures Inc. for six years and earned a second engineering degree in Structural Engineering from the University of South Florida in 2018. He currently serves as a project engineer for the Pinellas County Public Works Department focusing on Transportation Structures projects. Outside of work, Amin prioritizes family, enjoys life in Florida, and actively contributes to professional organizations such as the Florida Engineering Society and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Stuart Wolpoff is the President of Wolpoff Ventures (WV), a private family office based in Potomac MD, with diverse interests in industries such as mortgage, consumer lending, energy, real estate, and medical devices. Before founding WV, he served as Director of the law firm Wolpoff & Abramson, which grew to 1,200 employees and 21 offices. He also co-founded Great Seneca Financial Services in 1997, which acquired over $12 billion in defaulted consumer debt before being sold in 2007. Mr. Wolpoff chairs Independence Receivables Corp. and holds partnerships in several businesses. He co-chaired NextGen Energy, sold in 2021. WV provides C-level coaching and business consulting, focusing on expenses mgmt, talent development, and leadership effectiveness. Since 1997, he has served on numerous boards, and is a member of investing groups Boston Harbor Angels and The Investors Collaborative.
Paula Grisales is a seasoned professional with a strong background in health care administration, where she honed her skills in organizational management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Leveraging her expertise, she transitioned successfully into community association management, bringing a unique perspective and a commitment to fostering collaborative, well-run communities. Her ability to balance complex administrative tasks with a focus on community engagement has made her a trusted administrator in her field.
Originally from Minnesota, where she graduated from Metropolitan State University with a BA in Accounting, she moved to Florida in 1988 and obtained her CPA license.
She has worked for the Internal Revenue Service, has over 33 years experience working at CPA firms doing tax preparation and accounting. She was the CFO for large non-profit overseeing 65 employees with 3 locations for 12 years.
Outside the office she serves as treasurer for Kids Needs of Greater Englewood and works with Project Light of Manatee in accounting matters and helps other non-profits preparing budgets for grants.
