Twenty years ago, a young John Yilmaz arrived in America, full of aspirations and eager for a fresh start. As an ambitious immigrant, he gravitated toward the intricate world of resort management, building management, and homeowner association oversight. In those early days, every challenge became a lesson, and each obstacle served as a canvas for his growth. Immersed in the complexities of property management, John dedicated himself to mastering the intricacies of condominiums and homeowner associations, driven by an unwavering passion to understand the industry thoroughly.
Through persistent perseverance, he transformed initial struggles into expertise. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (BBA) and a Master’s degree in Hospitality & Leadership – Technology (MBA), combining a unique blend of expertise with a deep sense of empathy in his approach to association management.
Today, John Yilmaz stands ready to offer personalized service and expert guidance in building management and homeowner association needs across Sarasota and Manatee Counties. With over 10 years of experience as a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), he brings both knowledge and dedication to his work.
Amin Vosouli, P.E., a licensed Civil/Structural Engineer in Florida with 20+ years of experience, earned his construction engineering degree from Azad University in 2006. After moving to Florida in 2012, he worked as a project manager at Superior Structures Inc. for six years and obtained a second engineering degree in Structural Engineering from the University of South Florida in 2018. Currently, he serves as a project engineer at the Pinellas County Public Works Department, focusing on Transportation Structures projects. Outside of work, Amin prioritizes family, enjoys life in Florida, and actively contributes to professional organizations like the Florida Engineering Society and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Amin Vosouli
ENGINEER & PROJECT MANAGER
Amin Vosouli, P.E. is a licensed Civil/Structural Engineer in Florida with over 20 years of experience. His career journey started in 2006 when he received his construction engineering degree from Azad University. He worked as a project engineer on various projects, from planning and design to restoration and construction of commercial and residential projects. After moving to Florida in 2012, he worked as a project manager for Superior Structures Inc. for almost six years while returning to school and studying for his second engineering degree in Structural Engineering. After graduating from the University of South Florida in 2018, he joined the Pinellas County Public Works Department. He works as a project engineer for the Capital Improvements Division and manages Transportation Structures projects.
Family is his top priority, and nothing can stop him from enjoying life in our beautiful sunshine state. Besides structural design and construction, he loves traveling and seeing the world, as he has visited more than 27 countries. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and was recently selected as the Secretary of the Florida Engineering Society Pinellas Chapter.
